Every member of staff go out of their way to be helpful and obliging. They are always the same, cheerful and friendly to all customers. They are a super bunch of girls and the pharmacist himself is very nice too. Wonderful service all round. Thank you.

Absolute joke, had my dentist prescription from the resource centre and said I could go to any pharmacy so I choose this one hoping it would be quicker, so handed it in and I told them it was a "dentist prescription" only for them to say 5 minutes later was it 2 prescriptions I was picking up and I stated again it was just the one.

However as usual with this pharmacy they can't be bothered to do anything, had them saying it won't be long, a few others handed in prescriptions and some walked out having being there for half an hour waiting, same with me and then in the end I walked out, my time is too precious to be wasting my time just for this pharmacy to not give me my prescription, half an hour myself as well, absolute complete joke.

It was only toothpaste that the dentist prescribed for me which I could have bought in a shop for less and had within 2 minutes, unlike this useless place, I really don't know what to say, all I can say is I should took my prescription to another pharmacy, I would have had it by now, so only got myself to blame for coming here in the first place.

Don't bother wasting you're time going here.

A fantastic pharmacy and the staff are fabulous despite being rushed off their feet and only 1 pharmacist in such a small pharmacy serving a vast amount of patients coming from the resource centre..its more than obvious they can't cope and it's not those poor girls fault ,but repeat medication is never ready on time and some medication has been out of stock on numerous occasions..Lloyd's headquarters should look into the vast amount of patients coming through those doors and do something about it,it's nowhere near big enough to cope with demand on a daily basis and it's a shame because I think the staff are at breaking point tbh

Very poor front line interaction with customers. Visited 17 Sept. Can only describe staff as arrogantly useless. Told item I wanted was "out of hours" (???). Went to Boots, professional pharmacist excellent. No problem, bought item. Suggest Lloyd's staff receive training from Boots.

Like every other Lloyds chemist massive queues and a good half hr plus to pick up medication. Super slow and usually have items missing from monthly scripts. It seems to have now become the norm, a trip to the surgery and then to the chemist has become literally a day out!!

The staff are pleasant and helpful. Until last week (Thursday 24th Dec 2021) this pharmacy stayed open Monday to Friday until 10 30pm which we and many others found most helpful especially for social distancing. Sadly, they have now decided to close at 7pm weeknights. That is very disappointing for customers.

I suffer with anxiety/depression receiving counceling taking step by step approach out in the community. Handed in my scripts
1 1/2 hrs later after numerous times asking they couldn't find it my, anxiety was through the roof. I was embarrassed/upset/annoyed and, now iv had a set-back. 😞..

The staff at Lloyds are exceptional, they have great knowledge of medications and items in the shop. They go out of their way to help you as much as they can, during Covid when only 2 persons were allowed in the pharmacy at a time, I had to wait outside when my turn came to present my collection card, I was asked if I could go back outside to wait. I have mobility issues so I kindly asked could I sit on the chair inside as I don't think I could stand anymore, the staff were marvellous they did not pry into my mobility issues, they kindly brought the chair to a space where I was not obstructing other customers. This absolutely friendly kind gesture brought me to tears, there they were working so hard on the front line in the middle of a pandemic and still had time to be kind and courteous. Debbie the Mangeress should be very proud of her staff, and very proud of herself during these hard times. I would like to thank each and everyone of you at Lloyd's Pharmacy, Resource Centre, Baglan Moors, for your continued services with a smile on your faces. WELL DONE and THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🌈🌈🌈💊💊💊💙💙💙
