Unbelievably bad service- have messed up my prescription every single time I’ve been down there- I’ve had to miss days or weeks of my medication due to their negligence which is horrible for my personal well-being. Needs to be sorted out ASAP

Used to be an excellent pharmacy, prescriptions always on time and a text send when it was ready but not any more. I thought it was due to Covid but it's still happening even now. My medication is constantly wrong, I've had contradictory info from staff and they usually forget to send texts. One staff member told me once my order wasn't in till tomorrow, left, came back on a whim and another staff member handed it to me there and then. Shambles.

Please put correct times on website or adhere to them!!

Knew they didn't have the flu vaccine for under 65s for over a week, still allowed me to come to the appointment then stand in store for 10 minutes to be told they haven't had any for a week, a cancellation email or phone call was all that was needed. I had to arrange childcare to be able to attend. Genuinely shocked by this lack of common courtesy.

I appreciate we are in difficult times still dealing with COVID 19 and health care services have had to deal with a lot. But i've never once had a good experience using Church Village pharmacy. I've always queued, the staff inside are incredibly slow, none of them seem to know what please or thank you is. I've been ignored while standing at the counter, they've served customers in front of me and then told me they are closed, medicine has been practically thrown at me over the counter i've held my ill son in my arms and asked for advice/help and to be told 'ring' the doctors we cant help you. I would happily go out of my way than use this place ever again.

Awful shop. Meant to open at 9am. Instead they let customers queue outside in the rain until 9.10. I truly believe the only reason they open the door is because I asked what time they were opening. What shop doesn't open on time when you can see customer queueing outside? And the was no valid reason for it - no apology no technical vault, just didn't keep an eye on the time.

This pharmacy lloyds church village utter disgrace.

This company has taken over 2 days to repair and still haven't repaired an IT FAULT.

TODAY IS FRIDAY 20th August and this utter disgraceful company still hasn't repaired or sent anyone to repair the fault. They deserve to have the licence revoked and shut down.

This is not the first time they have been unable to give out prescriptions or repeats.

No prescriptions no repeat prescriptions all because they do not keep paper records.

The excuse is they cannot find anything utterly ridiculous.

They are very experienced but they do ask a lot of questions, when buying some type of medication over the counter
