The staff were ignorant and carried on doing what they were doing leaving me waiting at the till for 10 mins before serving me. I get the feeling that customers that are not waiting for prescriptions are not important.

I went to Abertillery today as have two poorly children, any one who lives in Abertillery will know how difficult it is to gain doctors appointment, so went to visit a pharmacist at 1.15. All three chemist were closed for lunch, this to me seems really poor. I know that people need their lunch break, however for all 3 Phamacist to go to lunch at once seems poor service. How difficult would it be for them to communicate and stager the lunch breaks? Leaving 1 Chemist available in the village all day.
