Parry's Corner Pharmacy

This is my local chemist always been very good never had a problem never wait to long.

Just rang up and spoke to a ‘lady’ on the phone. Wish I’d got her name at the start of the call. Never spoke to somebody so rude in my life! She had the manners of a unruly teenager. I was still polite, I wasn’t going to change who iam because of it. Disgusted isn’t the word. Definitely won’t ever use this place for anything!

Always use Parrys Corner for our prescriptions etc and all of the staff there are so helpful and friendly would highly recommend here also have some good offers in there aswel! Really nice pharmacy!

The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I am home shielding and was having issues picking up my prescription, I was told I was able to leave the house for medical reasons and to have an hours exercise - government advice is that those shielding are not to leave the house. If the pharmacy is not aware of the guidelines stated repetitively by the government there is no hope for the general public. The pharmacy on Vale Road has been brilliant. The current climate certainly shows businesses true colours. Will never use Parry's Corner again. I will also inform my doctors surgery that you are giving people incorrect advice. Those self isolating are allowed out, those shielding are not. Also to be basically laughed at on the phone when I enquired about delivery (apparently only for over 70's) was very unprofessional. I applaud key workers but some really do let the side down.

Stopped my prescription. Cant ring up anymore said I have to do it online .had a stroke got nerve damage in head .as if it was that easy

Ive never had a problem with this chemist staff have always been helpful and friendly and have gone out of there way to help

My husband has just been in for precrpions ,lots of people went past ,he asked twice for the items and was ignored ,I' want to say this is a terrible service ,we have used Parrys corner for years ,and it's always been really good ,but this is really bad service ,?

Iam told to order our repeats a week in advance . I did on the 24 May. They are supposed to deliver.
My medication 17 items were all labelled up by the 26th .
But on the 1st of June I had to go and collect our medication . It took two visits !!!!! as they made a hash of it What happened to customer service ?
They get a list of my requirements and they just have to copy it . ,!!
I m at a loss.. .for an answer .
