Boots Pharmacy

Nice little boots pharmacy with a little bit more🤗 we went to develop photos from the phone and there was no problem at all. Very friendly. Great service. I cannot complain

As a Bipolar-1, I have been visiting Boots, Llangefni for many years now to collect my Medication etc. Even though this pharmacy is under great pressure, like other NHS Services, I have always found this pharmacy and the staff to be excellent with me. Thank-you to all of the very hard working staff, that are clearly trying to do their very best; and even though we are currently in the midst of the, 'Covid-19 Virus Situation', just want to wish you All of the Best! Thank-you once again! :)

I find the staff there rather rude and abrupt. They are often more concerned with whatever conversation they are having amongst themselves than actually serving customers. Also during the hours of one til two the pharmacist isn't there and nothing from behind the counter can be purchased. Not ideal if that is your own dinner hour. Rowlands across the road is far far superior. I'd go there if I was you...

Well, there is nothing at all wrong with Boots the Chemist. Such a friendly, busy staff who will always help you with issues. A small pharmacy with a heart of gold.

They stock essential items and quite a good range of No7 items but the staff are woefully inept at dealing with anything new and out of their comfort zone..

I have visited this Boots several times now since moving to Llangefni. Prescription service seems ok i haven't had to wait to long
Covid precautions are in store so its face masks on entry as expected. So far the staff that have served me where polite and helpful.

Always have to wait staff always in the back dis regarding customers waiting. Much prefer Rowlands across the road staff very pleasant and professional.

Staff very impatient, also clueless at ringing up discounts and promotions at the till as we where over charged and they neither had the time or patience to go and check what was on deals or not I had to do it and prove it myself, They also would not allow me to put my boots points on my boots card as they were in too much of a rush to go home, Disgusting in my opinion boots is meant to be a professional establishment
