Well Roath - 180 City Road

Been visiting this pharmacy for many years to collect prescriptions for a family member. The staff are helpful, courteous and currently working extremely hard in difficult circumstances. Thanks to the entire team for their hard work and support.

This is a ok chemist the staff r very nice but u wait a bit for your medication and they forget to order your medication aswell but they always blame the doctors but it is not the doctors its them.

The girls are amazing and work their socks off, the company need to pull their finger out and sort it or that will be closed next because the abuse the girls are getting is the same as well57 and look how that turned out!!! 2 shops worth of work with no staff is ridiculous, and the lazy incompetent and newly qualified locums they send do not help the situation at all, the girls are being slated all over social media when infact they are working endlessly going in at 7 am and working through lunches to try and keep up with the endless demand of work, your going to loose all the staff at this rate and then have another closure, all this because you love to make cut backs and redundancies, it's a joke, sort it out well before all the girls end off sick with mental health issues and stress again!!!!!

Disgusting how u get treated here had a break down and they refuse to give my medication and give me my scripts back I will be taking this further as the way she told my partner to get stuffed we both suffer mental health no need to be spoken to.like this

Moved from boots to here as only live in next village. They never have our scripts ready. Always something missing . Have to do 3 visits to get a full prescription. Always something not in stock. Will be moving to another chemist after I collect my yet again missing items. Terrible service after being told they had improved.

The staff are very polite but rather incompitant when it comes to prescriptions, every month I go for my uncles prescription there is always something wrong and they take no responsibility for it. I have them six months worth of prescriptions in February and they have now told me that they don't have them. This has been happening for years. I will be changing pharmacys now as they have had more than enough chances.
