Incompetent Despicable Service 😠
I paid £80 for a private prescription for 20 clexane injections... Opened the first box and it had 10. Today I've opened the second box which states "box of 10" and it only has 8 injections 😠😠😠
This is either the height of incompetence or outright theft. Unfortunately I'm away due to work or I'd be back at the store with my receipt complaining.
Shameful staff and pharmacy, this is necessary medication and a course of 20 has been prescribed for a reason. lgnoring the fact I've been charged for 2 I jections I didn't get.

Had to phone around several chemists due to one item on my script not being available, but this chemist had it in. Wasen't waiting long, great service from the female staff. Good job, well done.

We would just like to thank the 2 young ladies ( Wilma and ??) from Rowlands Chemist for attending our nephew Paul's funeral today, what a lovely gesture, so thoughtful, it goes to show what brilliant staff work here. Thank you both so much. From Paul's Aunties Sylvia and Eleanor xx

Always find the staff will try their best to help. On a couple of occasions one of the girls ran over to the surgery to chase a script up for an elderly relative with a heart condition...

Didnt give me the right information. Always polite. But dont check dates. So after pushing a wheel chair over a mile with severe back problems. Telling is itll be the next day and the next day. Or it's ready and we get there to be told they cant give it me yet. They need to become more organised with dates and putting the right amount of meds in the box.

I'm a Diabetic type 2, last month I put my prescription in, it took 9 days to get my medication, I had left myself a week's supply, because I knew my prescription would take longer, to be prescribed to me, my surgery is across the road, still it took so long, and the month before it took nearly as long again, 7days to receive my medication, the month before that the same, its then sent to my surgery at most 3days to prescribe my medication by a Doctor, then it sent across to the pharmacy to prescribe my medication, what happened, before covid, I got my medication within 3 days?? I'm very disappointed with the service as are many others, I'm not saying I'm more important, but your pharmacy doesnt have any greater amount of customers putting there prescriptions in, and I know you will not reply to criticism, only the reviews that shed good light on your pharmacy, and if you do reply it will be out of guilt, because you replied to the good reviews
