If there was a option of no stars that is what I would choose. This pharmacy has to be the worst in all of the ones I have used. Constant wrong prescriptions, they have no common sense in the staff that work there. For instance whilst customers are.oitside in the rain the delivery driver is back and for getting his order ready why can't this be done first thing or at less busy times instead of making customers wait in the cold or the rain? Everyone who uses this pharmacy moan in the queue outside and is renowned for being the worst in the area

Extremely friendly and efficient! Had the prescription in stock and didn't have to wait long. Very knowledgeable. I wad in and out with my prescription in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

Absolutely dreadful pharmacy. Medication is never there. Attitude of the staff is appalling.
They have new people in charge now its worse than before. My Partner went to collect my meds and was told they weren't there. I called my gp to be informed my prescription was collected over a week ago. After numerous phone calls and 3 hrs of trying to sort it out, magically appeared medication was there!!!!!!!
I work for the NHS the Welsh ambulance service and truly disgusted at the service provided to the public regarding medication at Griffithstown Lloyd's pharmacy.
This is the last straw and my business taken elsewhere 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

It is actually quite concerning that this pharmacy is distributing medication. There is no organisation, watching in amazement as my prescription was been looked for in the back of cupboards and the top of high units. Being told it was available to then being told it was out of stock. Seeing frustrations rise by all who were waiting as we watched the chaos and one member of staff for the hour just staring at the que. Listening time after time to customers that had waited so long that they were out of stock and waiting for deliveries. Witnessing internal policies that hindered patient care that could easily be resolved. There is shocking management of this place and complete disorder. I never write bad reviews but had an overwhelming need to do this as I was brought to tears of frustration. Change is needed here and quickly before someone gets hurt.

Need to update your times on here on the door says your open at 9am here and 9:10 on the door. Proceeded to wait outside with horrible woman with customer service coming to the door to come back at 10am like I had crystal ball with knowing the times. I asked a simple question and was asked to comeback at 10am very rude need better communication skills when you work face to face with people all day

Shambolic place. Booked my partner in here using the online booking system for a cholesterol check and he drove 20 minutes only to find they werent even open. They are supposed to open at 9am and opened late. Didn't have the staff available apparently, even though it is advertised in their window. Waste of time and claimed they were short staffed but didn't even bother to cancel the appointment. Given the attitude in there probably more a case of can't be arsed more than anything by looks of it. Shocking.

Got to outside the chemist 15:45 got home 17:56 and I live less then 5 minutes away. Been trying to ring the them for a few days. Total waste of time. And the people that I cued with said the same. So unorganised in there, they blame everyone and everything for them not answering the phone. Or not being able to find you prescription. Needs a good over hall. And someone taking some kind of responsibility for the chemist. Been using Griffithstown chemist for years. So sad to see it run to ground.

Griffithstown Lloyds urgently needs to be investigated by head office or something. It's barely functional, and has been like this well before the pandemic, 90% of the staff are extremely rude, my 5 year old son has better manners, the place is literally at rock bottom and is incapable of functioning. It's quite ironic that people go there for meds to make them feel better and improve there health, but you end up leaving there in worst health, I can't stress enough how bad this chemist is and I truly hope that it gets investigated ASAP or just shut the place down. Because the community with health problems are really suffering at the hands of this shambolic chemist.
