Well Belfast - Donegall Road

It does the same thing most pharmacies do. A couple of times, i had to go without my refills for the whole holiday weekend cause i was told they didn't get the prescription refills from the Dr office. 4 days without medication that causes withdraws suck! Turns out, they didn't look twice when i said my prescriptions were done with the gp and they have them. Tuesday morning dealt with the same thing, but gp was open and what a surprise, the pharmacy signed for the refill script, and they just didn't look very hard for my medicine. This has happened twice, so not good for someone who requires medications every day.

Was Co-op,but taken over by Well Pharmacy Group. Tucked away to the left of the building The pharmacy is adjoining West Cross Medical Centre, the staff are always lovely and friendly, always polite and helpful. Very clean store inside. Car parking facilities. They have reasonable range of products for size of shop,also prices okay.

Excellent pharmacy

I visited there today to ask for a repeat prescription to be delivered to my mum. Despite being under extreme pressure and queues outside the door, the team remained calm and customer focused. A difficult feat, thank you.

Dave and the team are all very helpful and efficient. Always a warm welcome when you go there. ❤
