Be aware that this place can be very, very busy. But, once you are being served, the ladies working here will be very helpful and excellent to deal with.

Never fail to impress me with their level of ineptness, time after time their customer service is zero. I choose to drive to the other side of Bridgend rather than go there

Continental drift is faster than the staff here, I love standing at the counter like a lemon for 10min while three staff members hang out round the corner having a lovely chat.

The staff here are so so slow. Their customer service is terrible and all the staff seem to hide around the corner

Everytime I pick up my repeat prescription it is never ready even if I leave it there for two weeks
When I go to pick it up they say they will just make it up and get it checked and it will be ready in 30 mins what is the point of s repeat prescription
The shop is a mess full of crates and plastic boxes
Never enough staff always long queues with sometimes a wait of 20/30 mins wait

Opening times on the website 8am phone number goes through to a fax.
Arrived at 8.20am. member of staff extremely
unhelpful. stating we open at 9am and screaming "it's not our fault" instead of dismissing it do something proactive and report to someone within Lloyds who can rectify it so it doesn't happen to another customer.
Unless you want a wasted journey with no help at the other end, please waste your time.
Really poor customer service.

This pharmacy when owned by Sainsburys was the best in the Bridgend area. Since Lloyds have taken over the operation of it, it continues to tofall at increasing speed to the absolute nadir of service. Hopefully Sainsburys will remove its franchise and return to running it in house. It has fast become a laughing stock
