Keeps a good stock of medication but customer service is very poor. You often end up having to wait a long time to be acknowledged let alone be served and medicine counter assistants are not thorough when handing out medication from behind the counter. I received a dispensing error from here (which is okay as we all make mistakes) but I didn't even get a sorry.

The pharmacists here have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I witnessed a blonde short haired pharmacist on several occasions talking to people like dirt. I have never seen any customer anywhere being spoken to like it before. I personally find the shop staff polite and helpful enough, though I agree they don't stop chatting and it takes forever for your prescription to be ready. I now drive a few miles up the road and am much quicker.

I am absolutely disgusted and very disappointed from from the telephone service from this place. My mother cannot speak fluent English, therefore need to be a bit patient. Wouldn’t give a chance for her to speak, then just before she hanged up on the phone called her “Awful”
This is disgusting should really consider replacing people like this cannot believe people are this rude. Especially when needing specific medications

I am a carer for 3 people so my time is spread thinly. Today (Friday) I rang to see if the prescription ordered on Monday from the surgery was ready for pick up as there is usually a long queue to get in to even ask if it is ready. The lady I spoke to on the phone went to check and told me that they were just finishing up so it would be ready soon. So I left an hour and went to get it. 15 minutes of queuing outside I finally got the answer that it had never been started despite what I was told in the phone. If I had been told on the phone they hadn't started then I would have left it until the next morning. Everyone I spoke to in the shop was dismissive and non apologetic and looked at me as if was making a fuss over nothing. I object to being treated as if I was the one lying. However I went next door to the surgery as the chemist had said they only received it weds, so I took this up with the surgery and they said it was definitely sent over Monday and I wasn't the first person to have queried what they were being told. So I changed where my prescriptions are being sent and I would advise anyone to investigate a different chemist. I was offered in a very off handed way to speak to the manager but to be honest I'd wasted enough time. Someone in there knew they had spoken to me and I only hope the chemists manager reads this review and that other customers start voting with their feet. If I had received the slightest recognition that I had been misinformed I would not have made the fuss I did but I cannot abide people suggesting in someway I am lying. There are plenty of chemists that the surgery next door will send your prescription to, so if you have issues I suggest you go and speak to the doctor's surgery.

Every time I go to get a prescription I get told its not there, only to go back to the doctors who tell me the pharmacy has it - and its eventually found. It takes me an hour on some occasions. Not only this, the staff are abrupt, rude and have no respect for confidentiality, openly talking loudly about your medication.

Everytime i come here all the staff in the back are busy either on their phones or giggling, laughing and chatting. Hardly do any work which is why there are always long queues here. Plus close for lunch for an hour for lunch. Awful service!

Horrendous service prescriptions never ready,always full of people complaining about having to wait,bad attitude from staff,asking when did you order it,trying to shift blame,as they haven't done it,even after 7 days

Awesome first class service always, with a fantastic team of pharmacists and staff, always polite, friendly and professional, whether it be on the phone or in person. Chemist is always well stocked and spotlessly clean. If I could give more than five stars I would!
