worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with at least once a month they lose my prescription. Within the last week I’ve gone back and forth 3 Times. 1st they lost my prescription And asked me to go back next day, next day they only gave me half of my prescription because they lost the other half. Went back in the third time to pick up the missing item was told that I already had it. I waited 45 minutes and they still couldn’t find it so I have to call the doctors to get an emergency prescription after 10am next day. then once I get home I get a phone call to say they found it and I’ll send it out on delivery. Absolute shambles of a pharmacy complete incompetence.

All of the staff at Malpas Pharmacy are amazing, each member of staff are trained so well and delivery is always so punctual! They go above and beyond to help everyone needs! They've been nothing but amazing during lockdown! Newports BEST pharmacy !!!

Never answers the phone, this chemist is dangerous and I strongly recommend using a different one and most of your tablets are missing probably in workers pocket

Order prescription 17th Oct phoned 24th as I hadn't received items they forgot to send it to gp. We'll get it back to you for the 25th Oct pm. 26th still know sign phoned again its on the side here I've gone 3 days without medication. Shambles

Not very good at answering the phone. Also really bad at getting important prescriptions out on the right day my wife went without her medication for days not very good.

Good local pharmacy, friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices.

The front of house staff are the most unhelpful I have ever come across, always someone else’s fault, promised delivery today and still not here. Been waiting since Monday for prescription as the pharmacy kept blaming the GP practice for not sending the GP blaming the pharmacy, no help from the pharmacy at all. You always feel you are an inconvenience visiting this pharmacy and the attitude of the lady in reception needs addressing and potentially booking a customer service course for this individual.

Just a review for the guy who mans the phone at the pharmacy. He listens, he is so polite and he gets the problem straight away. If it’s solveable he sorts the problem. I don’t know his name but if he answers my brain sighs with relief!! Thank you!!
