They've never got anything in stock very poor considering its recently had a refurbishment some of the staff can be quite rude

The new young girl who works at the pharmacy is fantastic at her job. She’s kind, friendly and has great empathy with people. I’ve observed customers being rude and aggressive to her, how could they be like that?! But she remains calm in such a professional manner. Excellent customer service and I strongly feel the pharmacy are lucky to have her working there.

An absolute cowboy outfit! They get the items on the prescription wrong (wrong amount, or wrong item sent), and constantly need chasing up. Their home delivery drivers are absolute slobs who refuse to wear face masks when delivering medication to elderly/vulnerable people. There’s absolutely no excuse for it! And forget trying to phone them to chase up an order that they haven’t sent - They hardly ever answer their phone!

They don’t answer the phone. I requested my medication on Monday, phoned on Friday to be told I need to complete an acute form that no one told me about when I ordered or all week. Girls working them openly standing on their phones, talking about Snapchat, holidays and online shopping for clothes. Pharmacy has really gone downhill.

Called at the Avenue Villa Pharmacy today and spoke to Rachel who was an absolute delight to deal with, Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help, an absolute professional and a credit to Robert Davies Chemists.
It's currently extremely hard to speak to people face to face due to the pandemic so having some time from Rachel went a long way.
5 star ***** service and very much appreciated. Can highly recommend!

The staff here are mostly excellent - polite and helpful, and I've seen them have to put up with some very rude people unfortunately. However, there is always a long wait - they take forever to answer the phone and doorbell, and they do give off a mood of being "p*ssed off" from you having turned up and interrupted them - they need to address that because it's very bad customer service and makes me feel uncomfortable as a patient.
