Best Pharmacy we have used for a long time, helpful and friendly but most importantly very professional

No knowledge what meds can be sold together tried buying nytol for me and solpadine for brother who has cancer and was told Could not have it today Saturday the 23rd of July 2022 horrible staff avoid this pharmacy i got the nytol but brother had to go without for this time will try top pharmacy cardiff bay as lovely people

Open till 9:00 PM. Friendly staff. Excellent service

Nice and polite stuff are working there. This pharmacy is located inside the Tesco super store (at the very end) and that is the good thing - if you having a prescription to be ready within 5-15 minutes usualy, so you can go for a walk around the store and make some shopping at the same time.

It's not this store I'm complaining about... it's Tesco mobile who has taken all my money from my account as regards to a mistake on their behalf. I am unable to pay six standing orders tomorrow and won't get a refund until three to five working days. Being sent from pillar to post all day. Dreadful service Tesco it's 2023

Tesco Pharmacy is the best, the team are so helpful and friendly.
The pharmacists and assistants are very efficient and professional, they always go the extra mile to help you, whether it’s ordering in items or sorting out the repeat prescriptions.
I have tried all the other pharmacies with delivery service options etc, but the best has been Tesco, their system for repeat prescriptions is excellent, blister packs are very well prepared, I would say to possibly look at having different sizes of these as not all patients need to take medication 3 or 4 times a day.
The packs are a little large for am/pm medications only.
Plus you get text message alerts when your repeat prescriptions are ready to collect.

3 times I’ve been to this pharmacy during the past 12 months and the female pharmacist is extremely rude every time!!
I’ve made polite enquiries as the public are advised to steer clear of our local doctors surgery! These are basic enquiries such as cream for a sore eye etc, nothing major but have been faced with an extremely rude and sarcastic lady!!! I won’t be returning here but I suppose this might be her intention!!!!! 🤷‍♀️
