Lakeside Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner)

I changed from Boots to this pharmacy about 3 months ago. They have got my monthly suply wrong EVERY time. This time they left out an injection I have to have every Sunday. Picked it all up on Friday. Just checked it all out tonight - Sat - my weekly injection is MISSING. What a shambles this chemist is.

They have been my local pharmacy since 2008 they also have managed my prescriptions for many years which is a great service

I know it's no longer a 'family run business' but it feels like one and that's good enough for me.

unable to speak to the staff on their telephone number, which keeps ringing and then goes to a fax machine.

People are friendly and professional and I would recommend going there. The lady pharmacist is always discreet snd smiles.

As with most pharmacies the main problem here is lack of acknowledgement of paying customers on the premises, and the snooty attitude of staff who come across as thinking they are better than you just because they dispense medicines. Aside from the fact they regularly lose prescriptions and never apologise, it's the wall of ignorance that makes this place the worst. You walk in and see 8 people all standing behind various counters but not one of them will utter a single word or even acknowledge your presence, sometimes for up to a quarter of an hour. Even when they are supposedly doing something for you they won't communicate that fact at all, just a wall of silence. I have boycotted this pharmacy and use Boots instead which is way better as they actually value their customers and don't leave them in silence wondering what's happening.

A really helpful team, nothing is ever too much trouble and I couldn’t ask for more from the lovely staff at Lakeside Pharmacy. Keep up the excellent work guys 😍

Very nice staff but don't believe google opening hours, they close 12.30 to 1pm.
