This place is so helpful. The staff can't do enough to help, if they don't have certain medications they phone around other pharmacies to find it! Amazing service. Some of the customers are so disgusting and rude to the hard working staff. Shame on you customers!

Lost prescriptions, wrong items 2 week wait, excuses very busy well thats no excuse when its peoples lifes your messing with will never step in this hole ever again

Absolutely disgusting chemist. Had an emergency appt dr to prescribe some medication. They were the only pharmacy in the area with what I needed. Phoned at 17:25 to see if they would do script and wait 5 minute and pick up immediately. They refused to help and now I’m stuck with a poorly 3 year old and unable to get meds. Shouldn’t be ashamed!!!!!!

Wow. Incompetent, unhelpful and rude.. said they didn't have my prescription and sent me off back to the doctors claiming they couldn't have sent it. The surgery advised they signed for it a full week before. Was then told by the very curt assistant they did have it and would process it immediately - they'd had it a week! I then thought it would be prioritised, but ended up waiting half an hour, thinking there was no way they would have forgotten about it. No dice. Asked the assistant who asked the pharmacist because she had no idea where it was. He said "it was done earlier." She checked and it was under a counter in a chaotic pile of bags. All in all it took me 1hour and 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. This wasn't the first time they didn't have a scooby about my prescription and while in there I was surrounded by dissatisfied people. Have asked the docs to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacist. Pearns knocked spots off these muppets. Such a shame, I had been going there for years.

Didn’t take ownership of loosing a prescription -blamed the doctors process, service terrible, don’t answer phone if near closing time

Unbelievably bad. Should be open at 9am but that's when the staff turn up. Even with 10 days notice they've never had my prescription ready when I go there.
Why don't you run your business in a professional manner rather than asking people to send an email for you to ignore?

Amazing staff fair play to them they went the extra mile for my wife at short notice who was desperate for her prescription because the other pharmacy’s in risca messed us about thank you knights we really appreciate it merry Xmas and happy new year to you 👍🍾🎄

This used to be a fantastic pharmacy years ago, but recently since new people have started it’s become awful, every time i have come here it’s always a issue. Nothing is ever straight forward, they always loose things, never have stock, state that the doctors never sent prescriptions down there and they have. It’s just a nightmare, I now have to go without medication which I really need for a second time due to this pharmacy, the staff are so unhelpful and rude, they just aren’t interested and tell you to go back to the doctors even though it’s their error. we won’t be going here anymore and it’s such a shame, as a family we’ve been going here for as long as I can remember.
