This pharmacy seems incapable of dealing with a straight forward monthly repeat prescription. Their system or employees either get my tablets out of sync or tell me I've had 2 months supply when I haven't. This leads to wasting time on repeat visits and/or hanging around in the doctor's surgery while an emergency prescription is arranged. This has happened so many times now that I am seriously considering having my prescription sent elsewhere. Utterly incompetent or set up to fail by useless management? I am not sure what their problem is.

Appauling!! I'm disabled and theyve messed up my prescription AGAIN so I've had to make multiple phone calls and been without medication! Everytime I go they are dealing with complaints! Do not go!!

I am not sure why, but this pharmacy can be empty or very few people in there but somehow you still end up waiting 30minutes after you handed over the script for medication. Not an isolated case either and the more I go to this pharmacy, the lower my opinion goes. Opening hours on Google and their doors are definitely nothing to go by either. I've been sat outside up to 10am before with no sign of them opening, despite the opening time being '9am'. Appreciate things happen but I've read other reviews saying the same thing. It only seems to be this one.

Complete shambles there! Was in there 25mins and not one customer got what they needed, at least 5 people before me. They said they couldn't do my prescription there and then because it had just come across from the surgery, so come back after 4pm, even though the doctor gave me the script before lunch because i was travelling out of the country at 3pm. After explaining this to her, she went to deliberate with whomever behind the scenes, then said that they couldn't do it because they didn't have the strength of medication that was prescribed. I needed 15mg and they only had 30mg tablets. What a cop out! Again I say, NOT ONE CUSTOMER got what they needed. Anyway I went to Boots and it was sorted within 5 minutes, even with a small queue.

Very unhelpful, pretty much got laughed at the whole time i was trying to get my prescription. Again very unhelpful and unprofessional, I explained my situation that I needed my medication as I am very ill and could barely stand having walked 30 minutes in 30 degrees to get there, no sympathy was shown and they didn’t care about my health. Asked if it was possible just to get something to get me through the weekend as i NEED this medication in order to be ok, again the guy was laughing. I will never be using this pharmacy again and i can guarantee a lot of other people have received this shocking service and have bad experiences here.

Arrived at 9 am this morning only to find a notice to say closed till 10. Went back to find a que, and informed there was no pharmacist available. It was after 10.20 when a pharmacist arrived, he told me he'd had to close another nearby Lloyds Pharmacy to open ours. Not very good for patients.

Used for my flu jab which was fine. Car park was awful with people double parking and blocking in. Pharmacy is quite small.
