Treboeth Pharmacy

Had heart medication meant to be delivered. Never showed up. Blamed the fact they only have one driver. Get more!
I had arranged with you to get my DAILY heart meds to me before I ran out. I was assured they would be delivered.

I'm now in work and unable to pick them up myself and I'm being told they can't get them to me for another 3 days. Absolutely appalling.

I have been with treboeth pharmacy for over 20 years. They have been wonderful but the last 6 months or so they have become appalling. One member of staff in particular needs customer care training. If they offer a delivery service then they should provide it. I am in need of my medication today but they have failed to deliver. If I was well and able I would collect. No help or care when I rang the pharmacy. What a shame. Come on pharmacist's get your staff trained or get rid.
