Well Accrington - Pickup Street

Absolutely felt obliged to leave a review, reluctantly. I'm sure all the staff are lovely, but this is the most chaotic chemist I've ever been to. There has not been one occasion where I've been able to pick up a prescription without complication. Long waits, cant find your name, oops someone was supposed to order it in and didn't. Consistently awful I'm.afraid.

I been trying to get through to chemist since Thursday it is now Tuesday.. My daughter in law stood in que yesterday for my prescription and they shut door on everyone at 430!! It should be open till 530.. They closed 11_12. Anyway.. Why is this happening at such a time when people are desperate for their medication.???

The best well branch. Fast, efficient and friendly.

Checked the website, said closing at 13.00. No problem need my prescription so go to pharmacy to find a piece of paper showing closed on Saturdays. It takes less time to update google than to print out a sheet. 😤😤

Staff were extremely helpful with administering the injections but lm afraid l had to leave this chemist a few years ago when there were constant mistakes with my prescription
It was a shame but l found it all very stressful

Don't ever bother calling them if you require a constant repeat prescription like my partner has too. Always seem to be some interminable delay between raising the repeat and getting it delivered and will usually require 2 or 3 follow up calls just get them to spring into action. Raising the dead would be easier.
