Won't even give them one star at all absoulty ridiculous that they haven't got hardly any medication and when they do it is out of date 20 minute wait to be told that my 9 year old have got to suffer over night because they haven't got the antibiotics she needs because they are there but they are out of date it is beyond a joke for medication there hardly any at all

- They don't know why!
- Deliver day changed.

My prescription has heavy controlled addictive medication, I don take it for fun.
Four hours constantly ringing they do not answer their phone and neither does their HQ. This chemist is a joke, when asked a Jane Gibbs a question her reply was "You can go to another chemist!!!" A total cop out.
Already in withdrawal and on the ceiling because prescription not delivered, no driver, addictive meds was not even ordered even thought the prescriptionhas been with them for over 2 weeks...they can not deliver them until the end of the week.
I'm absolutely appalled and wonder what happens when one of our old age, a disabled or someone with no family or friends can get help to get their prescription.

Completely agree with all comments if only there was a 0. My parents are both over 70 and have monthly repeat prescriptions and can't even get it correct when being delivered by the robot in Bristol. Their medication is much needed heart and diabetic medication. Never had a problem with previous owners. Changing chemists.

Deserves 0 stars!! Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I would have to wait several days after they receive my prescription to get my medication as they would send it to Bristol to be done. The staff are always very rude. Once I was given a nasal spray instead of the asthma inhaler that was prescribed. I have seen them openly discuss sensitive medication in front of everyone, which can be very embarrassing for that person and definitely not confidential! Collecting medication and waiting one and a half hours as they forgot I was there 3 times and I had to keep reminding them even though I was the only one there! Very slow and very unprofessional (and no this isn't because of the pressure of the pandemic, it has always been this way).
Do yourself a favour and use other pharmacies in the area which are 100x times better.

There are some lovely staff but today I came across the rude and ignorant shift. I've been left tonight without much needed strong anti biotics for a kidney infection. My husband dropped me off just after 2pm, on his way to work, to pick up my prescription from my surgery opposite. The pharmacy was empty, which is very rare. I was rudely told that the pharmacist was not there so couldn't do my prescription until after 4pm when she returned. I stated that i could not walk home now then back again to collect but needed anti biotics. I was told to go to Ystrad. Because they had been busy and they were not to disturb the pharmacist. I am now having to wait until tomorrow morning when my husband can collect them for me. But, as I said, it depends on who is on shift there.

Very poor service. Always owe me medication as they never seem to have enough.
Not all meds given for one order and when my husband rang and queried and was told the meds weren't on the prescription the awful assistant practically called my husband a liar over the phone when he advised the items were definitely on the prescription.
When collecting prescriptions I've been told my prescription hasn't been sent from the doctors and on checking doctors receptionist has advised it had been collected that morning and faxed through the evening before. Wish there was another local chemist to use.

Customer service has been poor for considerable time but lately it has worsened. The staff can be very rude, are disorganised, can never find prescriptions and constantly blame gp surgeries for not sending prescriptions over and then when they find your prescription there is never an apology!! The wait time is not acceptable. Today I was in there and be a lady brought a prescription in at 5 25 pm. One of the assistants said to another "I'm not doing that now I'm too busy" . The lady was asked to return tomorrow but she said her elderly neighbour needed the prescription. I then heard the assistant say "well she will have to wait" . This is totally unacceptable. Don't they realise that everyone waiting can hear them talking even if they are behind the counter!!!! Another lady was told that they were busy and as she Normally went to a different chemist maybe she would prefer to use them today! I felt embarrassed for her! Totally unacceptable behaviour. I only wish there was another chemist nearby that
I could use. Most people who go in there complain about the staff attitude but of late they are getting worse and do not seem to care. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life, even worse is that they are consistent in being that slow. A weeks notice at least is needed for repeats, then there's no guarantee it will be done for you.

Phoning.. don't bother. Not worth your time.

Customer service is non existent. Shocking. Edited to add that this has nothing to do with the rona, it was bad long before that graced us with it's presence 👍
