Service is good but slow. Today I came down to make some prints and just find that they closing 17:40 not 18:00 like they supposed to. I just waste my time walking here..

First time I used this service to print out pictures from my phone. Staff working there named Victor helped me so much as it was all new to me. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. He understands the needs of all customers and is so friendly (Below is a picture of Victor).

I was taking photo for appoitment. And the guy took pictures so unbothered and came out wrong .

Overpriced.
I took 4 passport pictures and it was £24!! At the other shop I go to it’s usually under £10.

Definitely not happy. But paid anyways because I was in a rush.
Do not recommend. I recommend the one on barking road.

Wasn't very happy I wanted to take a family picture so I could have it printed on the blanket. I called the store prior to going there they said it would be fine that I could go and they would take the picture. When I got there they said they wouldnt be able to do it as they had other jobs to finish.

Victor definetally saved my day! I had to print boarding passes for my plane (as usual me in last minute) however shop was closed for 30 min due to his break I believe. I asked if I can print few documents quickly and he stopped immediately just to print them out.

Unpleasant experience, the staff member took an advantage that the photo boot next-door isn't working and charged the most expensive price £16 for 4 id pics, insisting that I need the International id, even though the requirements are the same as uk.... also didn't give me a chance to chose the picture. I would go elsewhere, but having a small baby with me going under the heatwave is problematic... the lady clearly took an advantage of this too. The 'gold' id pictures are quite poor quality to be honest.

I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed to print and frame pictures using only my phone. These guys are a friendly and very professional running a one stop shop for all photo related needs, even taking photos in a mini studio in the back. You can transfer photos on your phone to their PC via Bluetooth (or via USB/CD etc.), choose the size of prints you want, and your prints are ready in 2-3 mins.
