I'm not very technological. So had no clue what I was doing with the photo machine. The lovely assistant came to my aid even though she was already extremely busy. 10 out of 10 for customer service. The prices are also great value too. What more could you want

Fantastic passport service, no fuss, in the shop for approx 10 minute's including taking photos. From start to finish less than 5 working days to receive my new passport. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Yes it may cost a little bit more but well worth it 👌

A lovely, patient young man named Elijah took my photographs for passport renewal. Very helpful, good sense of humour.

Arrived at the shop at 9:20 am on a Saturday. Shop was shut. Didn't look as though it had closed down. Sign on door with opening times said open 9-5 on a Saturday.
