I visited the Burton branch on Saturday 30th April to have passport photos taken with Katy and whilst there, I discovered that the entire application could be done and documents sent for me, bonus! I can honestly say I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Katy was absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. She was super friendly and very professional. An absolute credit and asset to Max Spielman!

me and my nan went into this shop today to sort out some graduation photos. we were both very impressed and would definitely go again. 11/10! she was a lovely lady who helped us and she was very useful. we will be back - thank you x

Zero respect I received today at this shop. I asked for a help to deal with photos machine, the girl in a shop refused to help me. There’s machine choose what you want was here answer. It’s not my machine I don’t know how to deal with this machine. She helped to others not to us. In a result I damaged some pictures and I needed to pay for it. Interesting how the service giver Choose to whom help and to whom not…. Never will go there again!!!

I needed my passport renewed pretty quickly had an horrible time with another place not max spielman taking and submitting my photo it failed three times. Katy at the Burton branch made sure it went through a massive thank you

After not so pleasant visit to Derby studio I decided to go to Burton. I wasn't happy with my daughter's passport photos which were taken in Derby studio (my daughter didn't look like her on the photo; her skin was somehow orange) and the person who worked that day wasn't helpful at all. I was really upset and didn't want to go back to the same studio. I decided to go to Burton to see if they could help me out. The lady who worked at the Burton studio was very professional and supportive. She checked the previous photos and agreed that I should bring my daughter to the Burton studio. The new photos were excellent and everything was perfect. I will definitely use the services here again. Thank you.

I recently called in to ask about the possibility of getting an old film cartridge developed. The member of staff was very good even though this particular cartridge was unknown to her. After two weeks I received a text and a phone call to inform me that my order was ready for collection. Unfortunately though none of the photos came out very well (apart from one...).
I was given a refund for the full amount right away without any quibbling at all which I thought was really great.
The film cartridge was fairly old and I wasn't sure if there was anything on it that could be developed but nevertheless I still considered that I received a very professional and friendly service from this shop.

Very very poor consumer service. Went in today to get my daughters passport photo re-done as it wasn't accepted, when I got she refused to do it. She didn't even bother to give me her full attention, and she gave some horrible looks as I was leaving. Won't be coming back here again
