Does not like they are skilled to take professional photography. Took a photo for passport, it came out to be taken with pathetic lighting. Will not recommend to anyone. I'm just talking about the one in ASDA castlepoint, not sure about their other branches.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Lucy. Lucy helped me out back on 26th November 2020 with tranfering a lot of photos from my phone to the computer and then printing out all different sizes. It took time and patience and for that I was very gratful, as it would of taken me a lot longer doing it on my own. Lucy helped me out inbetween helping others that popped into the store with questions etc. The whole time she was very professional. I will definitely come back with any other photo queries again. Thank you.

Unfortunately a photographer without experience. Dark, bad quality photo with shadows. I came back the next day, the lady seemed to be trying, but when I showed that the photo has discoloration, I heard that nothing else she can do and that it should be. the photo was not approved by the official. I do not recommend even advise against, waste of money

Popped in to get a new photo for my driving licence. Lady was really helpful (and pretty 🤐). Photo taken quick, printed, emailed to me and cut to size in store for a decent price.

I look suitably miserable in the photo as per DVLA rules too!

Passport photo get reject because they say there’s a shadow on my face. I checked the photo There was a big white mark next to my eye. I think the camera is not clean. I will never go back again.
