Really unhelpful assistant, who couldn’t be bothered to move from behind the counter when I asked for help. Should not be working in retail with such poor customer service skills. Will be using Boots photo shop from now on.

I had left some photos in a basket in Tescos for which I needed copies. They had been retained by MS. The member of staff was extremely helpful, finding the originals for me a printing off the copies I needed whilst I did some shopping. Thank you for the excellent service

Instant print machines that take several attempts to get it right. Card machines that don’t work. Staff who are too lazy to inform customers or make a sign to tell them any of this and don’t see why wasting your time is a problem. I’ll go back to boots next time.
