Wanted a photo put on canvas, the lady was brilliant nothing was to much trouble, I needed to post it she wrapped it up and even found a box to put it in. Will definitely go back again, and recommend them to everyone.

My husband telephoned them and asked about printing his work presentation (that he needed at short notice) on good quality paper etc. They explained they could do it so he went ahead and placed an order. Upon collection later that day the images were grainy, the writing off center (something about "only having Windows98") and overall each page printed on the cheapest printer paper possible (think something you'd give a toddler to scribble on).. Now with no time to go elsewhere he had to use those sorry flimsy bits of paper..

Over the years we've had decent photos from there though, so I used them again this week.
However this time every photo was dark, spoiling the images, and had been printed on some sort of semi matte photo paper, every one bent and overall a complete waste of £25.
I did consider it being 1hr photos, but we have used that service (as well as the 7 day one) and they came out fine.

Won't be using them again, it's gone downhill.

Unable to be clean at times of need with current circumstances which can be rather alarming for some people. Touching screens etc. Standards not good in my opinion.

Got my passport photo and renewal done here - fast, friendly staff and straightforward.

Just been to get photos for bus pass for school. Make sure you get the 99p one it prints 9 on a single photo. Fri 26th aug 2022

Renewed my passport and it was so simple , didnt even no they provided this service but would definitely recommend it. Lady was very professional , she took my photo and filled out the form , she was great.

extremely poor service I tyoed in te required website detais to fin the nearest stre to tesco in ashby de la zouch since ths on was temporariy closed but all I got was the address in Ashby again withno indcation when it will reopen I call this very poor custoer service
