Poor quality passport photo looked like I had a black shadow over my eye passport office rejected it went to tesco llansamlet wherby they agreed with the poor quality and kindly retook(same chain of shop)much better quality and even give a digital code and explained how it can be used in my application unlike this branch never again very dark and dingy shop

Photo printing colours were totally different to the actual photo so asked for a refund and to return the print was told that's just how the machine is and nothing could be done. £7.50 for a photo print thats the wrong colour.
