Throughly recommend the shockwave therapy here. It’s the cheapest I found after doing extensive research, and worth jumping on the train from London for. Fast and painless. I’d been in agony for nearly a year and this absolutely fixed it in a couple of weeks. Lovely therapist too - charming and reassuring.
