Dreadful! I made a number of appointments they kept changed the appointment times without asking at times I could not meet. My first appointment they cancelled on the morning of the appointment. On reflection I’m so glad they did.

Tambu is an absolutely brilliant physio and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Appointments are well run (and on time) and the feedback on progress is balanced and useful.

There is never any sense of judgement and she has a good understanding of long term conditions and the impacts that they can have on both the physical and mental level.
