I needed a physio after a holiday sprain injury and a friend recommended Home Physio.
Booking was very easy with good availability including Saturday appointments.
They are very experienced and knowledgeable. He used variety of measuring and monitoring improvement techniques throughout each session I had.

Had thoracic mobility issues impeding my ability to squat safely. Was given some exercises to help, gradually and consistently improved my mobility. Worth the money.
