Literally the best physio EVER. Got me through a very difficult time pre and post back ops. Created a clear pathway and plan for me, kept me motivated and made sessions tough but fun. He has been an absolute rock and I can’t recommend him highly enough. So knowledgeable- he integrates all sorts of approaches such as acupuncture, myofacial release & neuroplasticity work, cupping, ultrasound, the latest biomechanical and neuro physio techniques and core stability work. He is always so passionate about trying to improve your situation and really cares about his patients. He can also draw on and work with his vast network of broader practitioner colleagues from other disciplines (eg surgeons, gps, chiros, pain consultants, regenerative medicine experts etc) meaning your treatment isn’t siloed and you benefit from a completely integrated treatment plan which is a rare thing these days. I noticed he has also just opened a new practice in Mayfair too which is handy if you live or work in central London.
