A first rate clinic. Jo Cheyette is a knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated therapist. I have been consulting her for some time for various soft tissue ailments and via massage, ultrasound, acupuncture and exercises prescribed I have been well looked after. She is warm, approachable and empathic as well as highly skilled.
The facilities, location and reception staff are all excellent. Can’t recommend them highly enough

I first saw Theresa Bell 10 years ago for a lower back problem. She advised basic pilates exercises initially to be carried out daily at home. I have since been attending weekly pilates studio sessions for maintenance. Over the years during episodes of acute pain I have attended for physiotherapy, acupuncture, ultrasound and recently had an excellent sports massage with the new therapist Joseph Lunn.
I highly recommend this very professional and friendly clinic.

Theresa is an amazing physio with a wealth of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. Her massage techniques were really helpful in helping me with my severe back spasm. The rehab exercises she gave me were appropriate for my level which were regularly evaluated and progressed appropriately. I am now confidently able continue the rehabilitation process my self. If you are struggling with pain then I honestly would recommend going to see Theresa.

I attended my appointment on Saturday 19th February and met Joe Lunn who welcomed me to a delightful and state of the art clinic. I was so impressed with such clean premises for my visit of my sports massage treatment.

At first I was a bit apprehensive as I had no expectations of a sports massage and wasn't sure if I was applicable for one due to me not being a 'sporty person'. Also my friends had brought me this gift voucher for this massage.
Joe was very nice and professional he soon eased my nerves in the first five minutes of the consultation and made me feel comfortable.

It was a wonderful experience and a holistic approach. I benefited from a deep tissue massage and it made my muscles in my back feel eased from tension and my back muscles felt rejuvenated at the end of the treatment. I felt light and I was literally floating. I felt like a new person.

Please say a heart felt 'thank you' to Joe and tell him to keep up the excellent work.
I have booked another appointment in four weeks time and I am looking forward to it again.

Absolutely brilliant! after having a car crash and having headaches everyday they performed acupuncture on me and within two sessions the headaches had completely stopped.. very professional and friendly and put me at complete ease.

Zack was fantastic! I was experiencing severe shoulder pain following a sports injury. Zack expertly identified the issue and provided an exercise plan which helped to reduce pain and regain full mobility very quickly.

I came to see Theresa as I suffer from migraines and dizziness, from muscle tightness and neck tension. One of the struggles I have had over the years is finding a physiotherapist who firstly, still believes in manual therapy, and secondly who really knows how to treat the neck. Theresa is the only physiotherapist I have been to who does both. Her knowledge of and then work on my neck joints and muscles has been absolutely expert, and the results have been brilliant! I saw an immediate improvement, without the usual ‘hangover’ I would normally have after a session with other physios. Within the space of a few weeks she eased my neck movement and restored my balance and in doing so, quality of life. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Rang up to ask how much 1st consultation would be was told £52 which is really reasonable includes consultation and what ever they decide you need, I had a massage and ultra sound. Then asked to come back next week which then cost me £42. Can honestly say I felt listened too and my back is sooo much better. Was told probably need just one more session. Other physiotherapists have initially quoted me £75 1st consultation, then have to book up front at least 6 more appointments in advance . I would highly recommend bodyworks for their prices, professional care, and resolving my back problem, I felt I was a person with a problem not just making it about the money .
