Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. After a very disappointing hospital experience, Dawn has been brilliant with my 82 year old Dad and succeeded where they have failed. I have no hesitation in recommending her services.

Following a recent fall by my Dad and having been unable to secure any NHS help for the foreseeable future I contacted Dawn who was helpful and professional from our initial contact.

Despite home working in the difficult Covid conditions Dawn was punctual, friendly and efficient. She spoke to my dad as an adult unlike some health professionals and encouraged him to try all the exercises she proposed to get him mobile again whilst fully appreciating he was hard of hearing and in a great deal of pain.

Despite Dad's initial reluctance, her patience paid dividends and he has made substantial progress having followed the care plan outlined by Dawn.

Dawn advised on mobility equipment we could buy to aid recovery, provided written instructions for exercises to be done on a daily basis and checked he was using his equipment correctly.

I would recommend Dawn to anyone in a similar situation. A pleasant and helpful young woman, who is not only a credit to herself but the profession overall.

Dawn was absolutely brilliant! She came to my aid after coming out of hospital after suffering a neurological illness. She gave me easy to follow instructions and made sure I could undertake the physio fully, before leaving me to have a go independently, for 2 weeks at a time. I saw Dawn for 3 months in which time she helped me to walk again, unaided and much more confidently. She was honest about what I could expect during my recovery and gave me realistic advice about when I could start returning to work. I never felt pressured into booking more sessions with Dawn, she always let me lead my recovery progress. She was always on time, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Dawn.

Following a fall my elderly father was struggling to recover his mobility. Unfortunately, as he was medically fit to leave hospital but not mobile enough to go home he was given a bed in a care home but not eligible for NHS physio for several weeks. Dawn responded very quickly, in particular using weekend sessions to fit Dad in among her regular commitments. Within less than a couple of weeks she had him moving well under control and he was able to return home. She continued some sessions with him at home to train him better around the house. As I was not able to be there, her support has been invaluable during this time and she has kept me well informed of progress and, on at least a couple of occasions, sensibly advocated in my father’s interest. I am very happy to highly recommend her.

Dawn has been absolutely fantastic!! My elderly mum has multiple issues that required physiotherapy input and I was so pleased when I searched online and found Dawn specialised in rehab and the health challenges that mum has. She has been polite, attentive, encouraging and thorough. She gives sensible advice as well as realistic goals.

Really impressed with Dawn. Instantly identified what my problem was and I’m hopefully on the right track now. 👍
