I was doing the Lands End to John o'Groats cycle ride last month and had started to get back spasms by the time that I reached Moffat. I cycled to Kinross the next day but was in pain whenever I had to do any climbing.
I saw Dan that evening and with a very hands on approach he attacked the problem. Ultrasound, Accupuncture and intense massaging were applied. During the following day's cycling I was a bit stiff but had no acute pain. The day after that even the stiffness had gone.
It was a lifesaver for me - I'd thoroughly recommend this practice and Dan.
