MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE. They have 24 hour cancellation policy which I was calling trying to get through to them but their phone was either engaged or just ringing and when they finally answered I told the receptionist she agreed to cancel my appointment but she asked if I wanted to reschedule I said as of now I feel ok she then called me back later on that day to say we will have to issue a fine. Please avoid this place. Once they hear you have private health care they just want to see you more and more.

Absolutely excellent service every time I have used them. Always polite, helpful and very accommodating on trying to fit around my diary with an appointment. Would recommend time and time again.

Treatment you get is great. Don't expect Disabled Parking, 5th time I've been here when the Designated Bay is occupied by a non Blue Badge Holder. This time someone from the Baptist Church.

Clever and imaginative, she always has a solution and gets you on your feet again. Do the people of Twickenham know how lucky they are ? I hope so.
