I was always dubious about physio therapy but after working with two of the practitioners they changed my mind and I finally started believing it was working. And after a couple of session I started feeling the benefit! I now have a number of exercises to help when I have a flare up, and I will now going forward recommend private and will do it myself in the future should I ever need physio again. Highly recommend because you get the one-on-one attention and also the practitioners create a plan for you and this is available on an app as well. 5* service

Was really pleased with the physio I had with Dominic. I had really bad plantar fasciitis where I was having great difficulty walking and had to have time off work but with going for my physio sessions and being shown different exercises to do I am pain free now! Mr Hammad Hassan has been a great help for my pain management program. All my questions answered no matter how big or small, explains everything precisely and would highly recommend, all programs which was set really helped me to get motivated and get strength back in my pelvis and hip. I shall continue to do these exercises as i am sure this could be of help long term.

Great consultation and treatment. Really helped my shoulders and I would return for treatment. Clear exercises for use at home and good manipulation during sessions.
