Beware, they do not offer refunds. Made a genuine mistake on a frame size from their large stock collection, tried to return (a few minutes later) for the correct size which was not in stock and only offered a credit note.
The shop did order the frames I needed, so the problem was resolved a couple of weeks later, and the credit note exchanged for new frames.

This shop actually has proper art supplies for sale in the traditional way. For instance, you can pick up individual sketching pencils rather than a whole set. It is a place to buy just what you need, instead of paying a fortune for a set when you need just one of the constituent parts.

I got a custom frame made for a piece of art i created for a show. The frame was beautifully made and my embroidery was taken care of throughout the whole process. I am so happy with the quality and price of the frame and it looked amazing in the show. Thanks so much, will definitely get future pieces framed here and recommend to anyone looking for a framer!

I've recently had a screen print of mine framed here, I was nervous to hand it over as the print was pretty much the only one I was pleased with. My work must have been handled with the utmost care and caution, as it is framed beautifully and the work is sitting very happily. Would defo recommend to a friend!

I think this is probably a great shop if you are an artist and know what you want, the art supplies look really good. However, I found the framing service disappointing. Other framers I have been to in the past have been very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about finding a frame which will look good on my artwork. However, it was very much left up to me to choose a frame. I would have preferred more input from the staff as they must know much more about frames than me!

Had an old frame refurbished with new glass and a mount for an exhibition, I was on a really tight deadline and they really delivered! super helpful and a beautiful end result, would highly recommend!

Just got both my print ans canvas pictures back and highly reccomend the framing service - I'm super happy with the results

Saw a framed poppy in the window in a large 12.5" x 17" for £120 with lots of wording etc within it. Asked for a quote for exactly the same depth to frame a poppy without the writing & 12" square so therefore much smaller. Was quoted £128! How does that make sense?
