Seriously disappointed with these people. One guy stated 'that we maybe expensive but we are consider ourselves the best'. I left a photograph with them over a month ago, this was to be a Xmas present for my wife.

When I phoned up on the 23/12/2017 I was told that I had not stated I wanted it to be completed before Xmas and that I had not stated what kind of frame i wanted for the photograph, both untrue.

I received both my money and the picture back.

I would have given these people 0 stars if I could. They do not keep good paper work. Very disappointed.

Excellent framing salon, with really nice hospitality and good quality work. I have taken a number of pictures there, some to frame and some to mend, and I am always satisfied with their work.

I needed a card mount. Nothing else available locally. It’s a very quick and easy job. Received an arrogant response from the young lad in the shop “We’re way too busy to do small jobs like that for people, but good luck man”. As a small business owner myself, I understand, but also understand the importance and good will aspect of helping people rather than brushing them off with “I’m too busy”. Maybe it was just his age, but I won’t go back to this shop.
