Liz is an amazing teacher, she is brilliant at correcting technique and helping you to adapt moves to your level, she really makes sure that you get the most from every session. I have seen a huge difference in posture and shoulder mobility since regularly taking her classes, I highly recommend her classes for anyone interested in pilates.

Highly recommend Liz, her classes are always well planned, with lots of different levels, friendly and fun. I have been attending her classes for nearly 2 years and they have been a massive part of my recovery from vestibular problems. The classes have improved my balance, co-ordination, core and overall strength. She is a fantastic and inspirational teacher. She has been a lifeline during lockdown delivering early morning sessions, family sessions, 10 minute focused sessions on particular areas and her normal class timetable. My love of Pilates is a direct result from her super teaching and classes...recommend everyone give it a try no matter what age 😁

After a number of nights sleeping in discomfort and having general back pain following a run I was referred to Liz by a friend of mine. I have never been much of a flexible person and at 38 years old, never tried a Pilates or yoga class.
The classes that I did really helped me with my back issues and have erased the pain totally. They enabled me to grasp the concept quite easily as each manoeuvre was explained in detail.
My current job role requires me to wear heavy equipment throughout the day and be physically in shape, these classes will enable me to keep going. I will be recommending these classes to anyone with the same issue.

I have been doing Liz’s online morning pilates class during lockdown and have thoroughly enjoyed it. She has a lovely warm teaching manner and her enthusiasm is infectious. I like her attention to detail, gentle reminders of the position your body should be in and explanations of why we are doing the movements and how they can help in everyday life. I have found myself using her techniques during HIIT sessions to improve the quality of the workout and whilst running and walking to maintain a better posture and stability.

I have followed Liz's online live classes during Lockdown and social distancing. Her attention to detail during her Pilates classes is excellent. The sessions cover different areas and have made a real diffrrence to me.

My first session was with Liz almost a week ago, before I had neck ache and I couldn’t get rid off it for weeks also I felt my whole body is tight and just didn’t know how to stretch myself out of it. I never had any pilates experience, so obviously started with a beginner course. I was a little bit anxious, but she made me comfortable very quickly. She is very kind and funny also tried to help to keep my posture where I needed. After 2 days my neck pain was gone and I felt taller:) and my mobility came back, after 1 session! Thanks Liz, see you tomorrow
