Fluid Pilates Bootcamp

The machines, studio and teachers are amazing here! I had never done Pilates before, would not consider myself sporty or flexible and had no idea what to expect. Now I'm a member because I think this is a great, safe and fun way to get in shape and stay fit. LOVE the loud music too and the urban style decor and massive dance mirrors. A taste of Miami-style Pilates bootcamp in the middle of Cheltenham.

Great atmosphere and energy within the studio, staff are lovely and very helpful. All classes give you the ability to challenge yourself to meet your fitness goals! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Best class ever!

As a 400m athlete I was initially a bit sceptical of reformer pilates, but after just a couple of classes I already am feeling the benefits and running faster than ever before. The classes are perfect for remedying anterior pelvic tilt; developing the mind-muscle connection with your hips & glutes; developing balance and stability; fixing spinal posture and adding strength to the lumbar; and syncing your breathing with movement.

Lou is a superb teacher and really makes everything easy to understand and gets you feeling confident straight away.

You leave every class feeling more functional then ever -- could not recommend more highly!

An awesome studio! Bright and modern, great energy, lovely instructors and challenging yet fun classes. Definitely worth a visit / joining!
