As a 400m athlete I was initially a bit sceptical of reformer pilates, but after just a couple of classes I already am feeling the benefits and running faster than ever before. The classes are perfect for remedying anterior pelvic tilt; developing the mind-muscle connection with your hips & glutes; developing balance and stability; fixing spinal posture and adding strength to the lumbar; and syncing your breathing with movement.
Lou is a superb teacher and really makes everything easy to understand and gets you feeling confident straight away.
You leave every class feeling more functional then ever -- could not recommend more highly!
