MUST GO! Upon recommendation from a good friend I decided to go for a morning pilates class at the beginning of my busy week and absolutely loved the session. We were two brave early birds in the class and got all the attention of the amazing trainer. Aurélie was fantastic! Super dynamic and with a great sense of -French humour. She took time to check our injury background and to correct our position in a delicate way during the session. She adjusted the equipment according to our strength and capacity (I still have to built some muscles haha). The bit of sweat was definitely worth it!

Oh look, another five star review for the team at Mayfair Pilates. The staff (front desk and instructors alike) are friendly, professional, fun and thoughtful.

Aurelie, Natasha and Natalie are top-notch instructors and they make great corrections. (The kind that leave you very sore!) Whether you’re a beginner or pro, I highly recommend this studio—and I’ve tried many Pilates classes/studios.

I attended Natalie Welch's Pilates classes with Mayfair Pilates in the first week of lockdown. These were held over zoom and Natalie was able to fully demonstrate the exercises whilst keeping an attentive eye on the class participants making personal judgements. I felt fully supported throughout and couldn't recommend these classes enough. Natalie has the most natural ability to lead these sessions and her knowledge of people's bodies and ability to adapt to everybody's unique needs was really astounding. Even though these were held over zoom, I felt like they were some of the best Pilates classes I have ever ended. I would highly recommend them - careful instruction, guidance and support, with clear progress made throughout the week thanks to the instruction.

Mayfair pilates (Elle in particular) has helped me through a few niggling running injuries. Recently I had been visiting her for reformer to help me during my pregnancy and now we have been video calling (Covid style) which has still also been great. Highly recommend the studio and their team!

Highly recommend the sessions with Natasha WR - she has done wonders for my back which is always sore as I sleep and sit so badly. She's really fun and engaging to work with but also really professional and encouragingly corrects form. Worth every penny and I look forward to our sessions each week :)
