Tucked behind the shops in St Mary's Lane and Argyle Gardens, this is a great space for Pilates. Having just started Pilates, I find Neil and Charlene provide great support and guidance with bags of patience for newbies like me. From beginners' taster sessions to intermediate, mix-ability and advanced, there's classes for all levels as well as 1-1s. Good class plans and opportunities to class swap so you don't miss out!
