Precision Pilates W4

I was recommended to Precision Pilates by my physio, in order to help strengthen my core. I had never been to Pilates before so did not know what to expect, and was a little sceptical. From my first session with Sasha I was immediately put at ease and my fears and concerns disappeared. Sasha's depth of knowledge and experience shone through her actions and way she worked. I was never bombarded with technical details or names ,and she quickly learnt how best to teach me, and help me heal and strengthen. Later on I got to be taught by Gillian and Sara too, and they continued this ethic and standard. Even though I have now moved out of the area, I still travel over an hour, across from E8 early in the morning, for my weekly class. There is no other studio that meets the high standards and level of care that I get at Precision Pilates. Thanks a million to all. I am now a Pilates convert and highly recommend them.

I have been looking for a Pilates teacher close by to fill in the shoes of my very first one that moved away for a while now....and I have stumbled across Precision Pilates Studio. The place is a hidden gem! Super friendly, passionate and uber knowledgeable so you could not be in better hands. Sasha, Sara and Gillian are great! Highly recommend it!
