I love Perky Pilates classes! I started doing Pilates to improve muscle tone and posture and I love that I can do that while having a lot of fun. Vanessa’s is brilliant, welcoming and attentive, making sure you are always in the right positions to achieve the best results. I leave each class feeling great and after a full body workout. Could not recommend enough!!

After Vanessa's group classes finished earlier this year I really wanted to continue doing pilates so I decided to try out 1-1 sessions in the studio using the reformer machine.
I am loving it and go every week!
Vanessa tailored the sessions to my needs and developed exercises to support my lower back. I often leave with wobbly legs (so I know it's working) and have really noticed a positive difference in terms of muscle tone and strength. Not to mention that it's also a good opportunity to have a chat.
I'm just so glad I gave it a try and am completely hooked - do give it a go!

Vanessa is very knowledgeable and tailors each session as required. Thanks to her tailored sessions I no longer have back pain and have improved flexibility. Her enthusiasm and dedication is present in every session which motivates you to push yourself each time and the results are amazing

One of the best Pilates instructors I've ever had; I adore her energy and positive vibes. I felt great after her sessions, and I am definitely more flexible as a result of it.👍👍👍👍 highly recommend 💕

I've been attending the pilates group classes for over 6 months now and I am really enjoying them and feeling the results. Vanessa is approachable, genuine and fun, giving the session a great atmosphere. Her background as a physiotherapist makes it all also incredibly reassuring. The exercises are well-designed, very diverse, with lots of props and change every session, for a complete, well-rounded body work-out, with lots of laughs.

I love my weekly session with Vanessa! Highly recommend - she takes the time to understand your goals, every session is different with a variety of exercises which keep it fun and challenging! If you want to try Reformer Pilates but are worried about the group classes (like I was) then this is perfect for you :)

Vanessa is a wonderful teacher, whether you are a beginner or have been doing Pilates for years, you always come away from her classes full of energy and having had a brilliant workout. Highly recommend!
