I have been a pilates student with Bodyworks Pilates for a year now, and can honestly say I have enjoyed every class! Julie and Debbie create varied classes for all abilities and are excellent instructors. They are both knowledgeable about a vast range of physical ailments and can taper the sessions to suit your individual needs.
It is great to be back in the studio again, and the range of online classes they uploaded during lockdown meant their clients could still access pilates sessions. Thank you!

I have attended several different Pilates courses over the years, and was pleased to find this one when I moved house. The venue space is great, designed specifically as an exercise studio. The instructors have many years experience and are constantly updating their skills. They are also very friendly, understating and helpful and normally very hands on. Their Covid precautions are extensive and reassuring and it's great to be back in Studio.

I have been going to Bodyworks Pilates with Julie for a year now and it’s been amazing! Julie is an awesome teacher that actually goes into detail about what we are doing so you learn too. She’s passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend it to everyone as it’s helped me massively 😁 I love it

I am not supple. I am a middle-aged man with a variety of health issues who reached out to Julie many years ago in a hope to improve his life.

I am now able to sit cross-leggèd. Understand that I haven’t been able to sit that way since early childhood. This is a sign of how working with Julie has given me the core strength and flexibility to fight my natural body restrictions.

Julie is an excellent teacher. She has a clear lesson plan, with a well-defined goal, but will adapt each exercise for any member of a group who is experiencing particular difficulties at that time. Nobody is allowed to perform exercises unless they are going to benefit from them.

I am a miserable and almost irredeemable soul, but I recommend Julie’s classes wholeheartedly and unreservèdly.

Really pleased with the classes- had a 7 week beginners group to begin so Julie could get to know and help with my replacement knee. She always offers alternative exercises and I really feel I have progressed because of her advice and hands on help with position and posture.
