Authentic Pilates is a brilliant Pilates studio and Terri is an amazing teacher! I've recently started Pilates to stay fit and also help with some back and knee pain from working on my laptop all day. I already feel a great change and can't stop recommending Authentic Pilates to everyone. Terri is a super instructor with years of expertise and makes the session personalized and enjoyable.
