Ana has been my pilates teacher for the last 6 years and I owe to her a lot more than I will mention in this review. She has helped me a lot with my posture and core strength as well as identify and correct some of my body's imbalances. If you have never attended a class with her I suggest you book in a session asap.

Ana is the best Pilates teacher I’ve ever had and I’ve tried quite a lot around the world and in London. Her professionalism is a combination of her compassionate and considerate nature, pedagogical firmness and inspiring resilience. She puts her students’ needs and abilities in the first place and always tries to work around them, motivating them to aim high and achieve more. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is willing to dive into the world of Pilates be it a mat or reformer class!

The best Pilates Classes!

I absolutely love Ana’s classes and she is by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve come across. She’s engaging, extremely knowledgable, gives clear instruction and is just the most loveliest and passionate teacher.

Her classss have guided me to a better understanding of my body - alignment, addressing any imbalances and instabilities thus helping me to alleviate chronic back pain.

Ana modifies the exercises so that the workouts are tailored to your specific needs - and builds on your progression each week keeping the classes challenging yet thoroughly enjoyable.

Brilliant for both body and mind. I highly recommend Ana's classes :)

I really enjoy Ana's classes. She has such a lovely energy both in real life and in her online classes, she is so encouraging and inclusive. Professional and knowledgeable, Ana gives clear cues allowing us time to adjust where we need to while keeping the flow of the class. Ana asks us for feedback, about areas we'd like to work on for example, and that's always reflected in the classes. Whether you're new to Pilates, very experienced or somewhere in between you will learn a lot with Ana while having a lovely time.

Ana is THE best Pilates instructor I’ve ever been to and I absolutely love her classes. She kept me fit and strong throughout my entire pregnancy, and then has helped me regain my strength postnatally. Her reformer and mat classes are easily the best I’ve been to in London - they are fun and varied, and her expertise is outstanding. I highly recommend Ana to anyone interested in Pilates.

I've been doing Pilates with Ana for the whole of this year, both in person and for the past 6 months online. Like everyone else I'm sure, I wasn't sure about online classes at first, but I can say with confidence that they're fantastic - and in many ways, better than being in a classroom! They are real time and live, so I feel connected to Ana my teacher, who has a very professional setup with great cameras and room. I can do the classes in my living room (it does help to be able to connect your laptop by HDMI cable to a bigger screen, for instance a TV); so there's no commute to the class, no queuing for changing rooms, and I'm done in an hour and can get on with the rest of my evening! My Pilates practice has become far more consistent and stronger whilst doing Ana's online classes - I now practice 3 times a week and have gone from strength to strength! My body feels stronger from within, more flexible and stable. Ana is an excellent teacher who clearly has a lifetime of experience in body work, Pilates and teaching. She has a warm and friendly manner. Her instructions are clear. She makes her classes inventive, fun, challenging and interesting. She demonstrates full knowledge of her students and their body limitations and always provides great guidance around what to do to work within your strengths and limits. I'd say it is fundamental for a healthy, stable body and builds vital body awareness - it also perfectly compliments other sports such as running, climbing, cycling etc. If you find yourself even debating online Pilates classes (or even just Pilates!), then I'd absolutely say go for it - your body will thank you! :-)

I have attended Ana's reforma classes at Moorgate several times in the past, and most recently her remote zoom classes during the lockdown.

Attending the zoom classes three times a week over the last few months has really had a massive impact on my life; I feel stronger, have better posture and no longer experience lower back pain. The classes are very structured and engaging and on the first Sunday of each month there's a two-hour masterclass for all 34 Pilates exercises.

Ana is a wonderful teacher and really listens to her student's feedback and tailors classes accordingly. You can tell that Ana really enjoys what she does and her experience and passion shines through, engaging outside of the class on her YouTube channel and Pilates WhatsApp group.

Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AC Pilates to anyone and the online classes are easily bookable online. Thank you Ana.

Great classes with Ana, a very attentive and dedicated teacher. She brings different exercices on each class what turns the classes into a very dynamic and interesting environment for the Pilates practice. I fully recommend it!
