Lenka Pilates - Verwood Trinity School

Lenka is a great Pilates teacher. I've been doing Pilates on and off fot nearly 20 years and she is one of the best teachers I've come across. I do a lot of distance running and as such I can suffer with tight hamstrings, calfs, quads and hip flexors. A few sessions with someone like Lenka can sort all this out. My back has also been hurting due to an excess of gardening during lockdown and that is already greatly improved 😁

I have been doing Pilates for over 20 years. I have found Lenka to be an excellent teacher, who makes us work and monitors our performance to ensure we are performing to our maximum. Her additions to class members performance is total throughout each class. Such commitment to every class member and her search for improvement is what keeps me working hard. I am stronger with Lenka's help and thank her.

5* pilates. Not only very friendly teacher but caring and professional. Without your pilates classes Lenka I won't probably move much because of my back pain. Love it and will always recommend.
