I have completed a few classes with the girls at 1Sculpt and have loved every one. The girls are always full of energy, use good upbeat music which inspires me to work out to the best of my ability. They always encourage correct technique and give different levels to push towards for self improvement. If you haven’t already tried a class with 1Sculpt then I suggest you hit the barre and workout with them!

The 1Sculpt classes are in another league! The classes are tough but make you feel great after, especially the barre class. Attention is really paid to every individual which makes the whole experience so personal and far less daunting. All set to a fab playlist too :)

I did my first 1sculpt class in November and I have never looked back! The teachers are so good at what they do! They make the classes challenging yet so much fun and energy filled. So glad to have this studio in Sweaty Betty Guildford. I can shop and sweat all under one roof! What's not to love!!

Located above the Sweaty Betty store in Guildford the team at 1Sculpt offer barre and total body workouts, as well as personal training. The classes are upbeat, fun and challenging, and the 1Sculpt team are always finding new and creative ways with the pilates ring, resistance bands and pilates balls. I especially enjoy the barre classes which are a great addition to my running and spin classes that I do elsewhere, and I definitely feel the strength benefits from incorporating these classes into my schedule.

I am loving having this new studio in Guildford. It’s located above the Sweaty Betty store on Market Street (which is dangerous as I end up shopping before / after a class!!!) The girls are fabulous and are great with every individual. Their attention to detail is amazing and they make sure each individuals form is 100% throughout class. They are fun, bubbly happy girls and I love their energy. Their barre class is my favourite so far and I am excited to try all their other classes soon!

Such a fun and welcoming studio, the classes are incredible as are the instructors. Definitely worth experiencing and easy to find above Sweaty Betty in Market Street, you’ll be smiling all day after your 1Sculpt workout.
