Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a pizza and kebab from here and got told an hour. 2 hours later food ordered and was stone cold. Rang and explained very politely. They said we could wait another hour for a new order. Politely declined and was told I could have money off the next order. I explained I didn't want money off I wanted my mo way back as was completely inedible. They said I had to take it back the next day to get my money back. I did this and the food hadn't been touched. Got given my money back and after getting it back the idiot who am presuming was the owner although he said not, told me never to order from them again!!! Your an absolute joke. You deliver a cold pizza to me and then tell me never to go back. I would advise anyone to stay well away. Rude, horrible and completely appalling customer service. If I had a choice this would be 0 stars!!

worst place i have ever ordered from. ordered 2 pizzas with a time of 45 minutes an hour later I rang them and apparently they tried to deliver but no one answered the door, bearing in mind I have 3 dogs and 3 people in the house no one saw anyone. they then charge me £1 to re deliver the 2 pizzas I ordered. another hour goes by before 2 stone cold pizzas arrive at my door. I must admit the driver was amazing. the website states that any order over £18 will receive a free garlic bread or Pepsi. so after spending £20.50 on 2 pizzas no freebies. I rang them and asked to speak to the manager, I explained that 3 dogs and 3 people can not just miss a delivery guy and that I was missing the free item. he got angry with me and told me that I didn't answer the door or my phone. I told him no one came to my door and I have no call record on my phone to show they have tried to ring me, at which point the MANAGER told me to f**k off and that I was a stupid f*****g c**t and then hung up. this place needs shutting down.

Before im order from boston kebab house and just want try some different and im be very suprize how is different . Not so lot salt ,big portion and ever thing is fresh and delisius . Thanks Milano Pizza!

Cold and stale food. £8.50 for a tray of doner meat on its own, over priced. Rude and disinterested. Don't waste your money, go 2 mins around corner to Boston kebab House. So much better!!..Ordered tonight, kebab meat, cheese burger and chips - £13.80! What a waste of money! Horrible re-heated food.

HORRIFIC FOOD HYGIENE AND RUDE STAFF
Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Ordered tango apple, we received tango orange. We also ordered three tubs of garlic mayo with my order and didn’t receive them. When we rang up and man on the phone was very rude and disinterested and was treating us as if we were an inconvenience for him and told us “we can’t drive all that way just to deliver sauces” as if it wasn’t their fault in the first place. Then they told us that it would be another hour wait on top of the hour and a half we’d already waited. Our food was stone cold and the kebab meat and pizza also tasted off and the chips were soggy. Do not recommend going here, also heard that the food hygiene is horrific, which explains why our food tastes vile. Would highly recommend staying far far away from this place.

Really poor. Delivery took over 2 hours and by the time it was received everything was cold and soggy and unable to reheat.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Called in lasf night and ordered a cheeseburger. What I witnessed shocked me. 5 minutes after putting my burger on the grill he took some tongs to remove raw chicken out of a bucket then immediately used the same tongs to turn my burger over. I told the guy what he has just done and he said it was fine. I have over 30 years in the hospitality business and this is far from fine. These guys are going to end up putting someone in hospital. Never ever am I going here again and they have been reported to food standards agency. Good luck if you go here.
